Custody Services

Zekreet Investment Corporation provides custody services, whereby we are responsible, on behalf of our clients, for holding and safeguarding the securities owned within a Fund structure. Our services as a Real Estate Custodian include settlement, safekeeping, and reporting of customers' interest in the REIT. Our custodial activities are all regulated by the CMA and are based on the custody contracts we sign with our clients.

Our goal is to become the custodian of choice in the real estate sector in Qatar for private and institutional investors.

Custody services are provided for all types of listed and unlisted assets and securities, whether conventional or Sharia-compliant, which include:
